How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and arrive within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. Made-to-order pieces may take a little longer, and we'll always tell you before you order.
How does cash on delivery work?
Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout, then pay just the delivery charges online with Safepay to confirm your order. We dispatch as soon as it's confirmed, and you pay the rest in cash when your parcel arrives.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Online payments are processed securely by Safepay. We never see or store your card details.
Can I request a custom piece or bulk order?
Absolutely. Many of our makers can create pieces in different colours or sizes, and we love helping with wedding favours and corporate gifts. Send us a message with what you have in mind.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Every piece is packed with care, but if anything arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
